Charles is a native South Carolinian and has lived in Charleston for the past 25 years. A Business graduate of the College of Charleston, he has been a leader in Charleston's luxury real estate business for the last 13 years- each year being recognized as a multi-million dollar producer. Charles and his wife, Liz, have renovated houses in every borough downtown, and are active members of the Historic District community. They particiate in numerous civic acttivities and associations, with an emphasis on preservation, architecture, and the local arts.
