William Means Real Estate
A former President and owner of Joseph P. Riley, Inc., Charlotte brings with her fourteen years of real estate experience. In addition to being a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, Charlotte is a member of the Charleston Rotary Club. She serves on the Crisis Ministries Board and is a member of St. Michael's Episcopal Church. She has also served on the Horizon House Board, the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Board and is a sustainer of the Junior League of Charleston. She has been a volunteer for the Horizon House and Meals on Wheels and a mentor at Clark Academy.
