A real estate broker since 1972, Helen Lyles Geer sold 35 houses her first year in real estate. The following year Helen moved to Charleston and was a million dollar producer in Charleston and on Seabrook Island. In her five years on Seabrook, Helen was the top producer for her last three years there. After taking a six year hiatus, Helen re-entered the real estate world at William Means. She has been the broker-in-charge since 1993. An aggressive leader in business and in the community, Helen has been past President of the Junior League of Charleston, Board member for the Gibbes Museum of Art, and Ambassador for the Charleston regional Development Alliance.
